New users complete registration with username, email, password, and mobile number. Existing members enter credentials to access their account and balance.

Complete KYC verification by uploading identity documents. Once approved, you can deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer, then access all games.
gboplay App versus Browser Access
Our native Android APK offers offline caching, which stores recent games and markets locally so you can browse while your connection is weak. The app also sends push notifications for live-dealer table updates, sports results, and promotion alerts—features the browser version does not provide. APK installation is faster to launch than reloading the web interface. However, iOS users on gboplay access our web app through the browser; iOS does not permit third-party gaming apps on the App Store, so our web app provides the same functionality with bookmark or home-screen shortcuts for quick access. Both the APK and web app receive updates in real time, so game libraries, table limits, and betting options stay synchronized with our servers. App stability and updates
We push app updates automatically to add games, improve performance, and strengthen security. You do not need to manually reinstall unless you have disabled auto-update in your device settings.
Device Compatibility for gboplay
Our gboplay app runs on Android 7.0 and above; for optimal performance, use Android 9 or later. iOS users need iOS 12 or later; iOS 14+ is recommended. Screen sizes from 4 inches (older phones) to 6.7 inches (recent models) are supported. Internet connection requirements are standard: 3G is sufficient for sportsbook betting, but 4G or WiFi is strongly recommended for live-dealer streams to avoid buffering during blackjack or roulette games. Users with older devices (Android 6 and below, iOS 11 and below) can still access gboplay through their mobile browser without installing an app; performance may be slightly slower, but all game and sports features remain available.
Common Installation Issues on gboplay
If you encounter an error during Android APK download or installation, check that you have enabled "Unknown Sources" in your device security settings (Settings > Security > Unknown Sources). If your device refuses to install the APK, verify that you have sufficient storage space (at least 100 MB free). Some antivirus apps may flag the gboplay APK as unrecognized; this is normal for non-store apps. If your antivirus quarantines the APK, whitelist gboplay.today in your antivirus app and retry. For iOS users, if the web app shortcut does not launch gboplay properly, clear your browser cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data) and re-add the shortcut to your home screen. Certificate trust warnings on older iOS devices may appear the first time you access gboplay; tap "Trust" in the system prompt to allow the connection. If you experience slow performance on either platform, restart your device, close background apps, and ensure your mobile connection is stable by moving closer to your WiFi router or switching to a stronger network.
Data Security and Permissions on gboplay
The gboplay app requests minimal device permissions: internet access (required for gameplay), and optional camera access (for account verification if you submit a photo ID during KYC). We never request permissions to access your contacts, messages, or call history. All communication between your device and our gboplay servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS; your username, password, and betting activity are protected in transit. Account data is encrypted at rest on our servers. Your gboplay balance and transaction history are stored securely and accessed only by you via login.
